Refund & Cancellation

At Edutouch, we are pretty clear about our Refund and Cancellation policy. Due to the nature of the services, Edutouch’s services are non-returnable. We do not process refunds on availed services. In case the client has paid a certain amount and NOT availed the service, the Edutouch customer service team will refund the amount in the client’s registered bank account within 7 working days. If individual pay double payment to avail respective services then contact to the office. If individuals pay single payment to avail respective service then no refund.
